At Grenade, we strive for excellence in every snack, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and original-condition items. Please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or consumed.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Send your package via a tracked courier service to our distribution center; we recommend keeping your postage receipt until the return is fully processed.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
